Site Rental Pricing and Deposits:

Our in-season (April thru October) site fees for weddings begin at $2600 plus tax. Your site fee will vary with the season and the day of the week. Please call Ali DiLuvio at 707.528.1446 for information about pricing and availiblility for your particular date. For an exceptional value, ask about our weekday and off-season (November - March) pricing.

This package includes these site amenities:

• Exclusive use of our entire site
• Choice of indoor and outdoor ceremony locations
• Tables(60" rounds, 10 guests) and gold chiavari chairs with upholstered seats 
• Complete set up / knock-down of banquet area
• A wide choice of specialty tables (banquet, cake, sign-in, gift, etc.)
• Bridal Changing Room with private restroom
• Indoor and outdoor sound systems
• Complimentary Wireless P/A Sound System for ceremony use
• Stemware for champagne, red and white wine, with beverage contract
• Full Bar (available with separate contract)
• On-site parking

Event Deposit . A deposit and signed contract reserve your event date.

Damage & Incidentals Deposit . Sixty (60) days before the event, a refundable security deposit is due (and fully returned to you within 30 days after the event after all event expenses have been paid).

Liability Insurance . Like almost all facilities, we ask that our wedding parties obtain their own liability insurance. We will be happy to assist you in meeting this requirement. Please visit  www.wedsafe.com for some basic information. 

By the way..... We pride ourselves in our flexibility, but every event location has a few restrictions, and we're no different in that regard.

For example: Smoking (even a good cigar!) is permitted in designated areas outdoors; amplified music is allowed indoors, acoustic music is OK outdoors . Our events conclude by 11 PM. We are not fond of confetti and glitter, and candle use is subject to approval.
