                        Mini-Hummingbird Wedding Package Details

The Mini-Hummingbird Wedding package is available every day excepting in-season Saturdays (May thru October). It is a four hour package, usually commencing with the start of your ceremony at the time of your choice. We will be happy to give you access to the site two hours earlier to allow for your special setup.

The Mini-Hummingbird Package includes all these features and services:
  • 6 Hours advance event coordination;9 hours "day of" coordination
  • Complete catering services for a buffet dinner reception, and cake service
  • Flowers: two bridal bouquets, four boutonnieres, two corsages, table centerpieces
  • Officiant (including help designing your vows and assistance in obtaining your license)
  • Wedding Cake with choice of style, flavors and filling
  • Four hours of professional DJ service with planning assistance and choice of music
  • Three hours of photography, all photos posted on web, and a 12-picture wedding album ( 5 x 7 prints)  
  • 1 hour on-site ceremony rehearsal
This package also includes these site amenities:
  • Four hours of exclusive facility use (from the start of ceremony)
  • Choice of indoor and outdoor ceremony sites Tables(60" rounds, 10 guests per table)
  • Gold chiavari chairs with upholstered seats for indoor use
  • Padded wooden ceremony chairs for outdoor use
  • Complete set up / knock-down of ceremony and banquet areas
  • A wide choice of specialty tables (banquet, cake, sign-in, gift, etc.)
  • Bridal Changing Room with private restroom Indoor and outdoor sound systems
  • Complimentary Wireless P/A Sound System for ceremony use
  • Stemware for champagne, red and white wine, with beverage contract
  • Full Bar (available with separate contract)
  • On-site parking
The cost of this package will vary with the time of year, day of the week, and number of guests. The 2008 in-season pricing for this complete package for 50 people including site fee and all vendors begins at less than $11,000. If you haven’t done your shopping yet, we know this might sound expensive. If you have, then you know what a great value this is! Event Deposit . A single deposit and a signed contract secure your date with the site and all vendors. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is payable 60 days prior to the event. 

Damage & Incidentals Deposit . Sixty (60) days before the event, a refundable security deposit is due (and fully returned to you within 30 days after the event after all event expenses have been paid). 

Liability Insurance . Like almost all facilities, we ask that our wedding parties obtain their own liability insurance. We will be happy to assist you in meeting this requirement. Please visit www.wedsafe.com for some basic information. 

Beverages are not included in package prices. We will create a separate Beverage Agreement with you to cover all aspects of your wedding beverage service. For more information click here .

By the way..... We pride ourselves in our flexibility, but every event location has a few restrictions, and we're no different in that regard.For example: Smoking (even a good cigar!) is permitted in designated areas outdoors; amplified music is allowed indoors, acoustic music is OK outdoors. Our events conclude by 11 PM. We are not fond of confetti and glitter, and candle use is subject to approval.
