A "Life Celebration" is an opportunity not to be missed.
It honors the recently departed by bringing together
family and friends, united by their loss and their love,
to share and celebrate their memories.
Often, shortly after someone passes, it becomes apparent to family and friends that the funeral, arranged of haste and necessity, simply didn't do justice to their loved one's memory. Family and friends agree that a larger and more deliberate gathering, a "life celebration", would be appropriate. We have welcomed many such celebrations to Mark West Lodge & Gardens, and all have been moving and fulfilling experiences.
It is our policy to not profiteer from these events, but rather to make our facility available at a reasonable cost as a way to give back to our community.
