Pricing & Deposits The pricing for this all-inclusive package for 2008 is $4,895.00 plus tax and requires two months advance notice. A deposit of $2,000.00 and a signed contract is needed to secure a date. The balance is due 45 days prior to the event. If advance notice is less than two months, a deposit of the full fee will be required. With the exception of the Damage and Incidentals deposit, all fees and deposits are non-refundable. Damage & Incidentals Deposit : Thirty days before the event, a refundable $1000. security deposit is due (and fully returned to you within 30 days after the event if the facility is free from damage and all event expenses have been paid in full). Agreement & Policies Every event location has a few restrictions, and we're no different in that regard. But we try to keep them to a minimum and are always willing to talk about different options. We've found that we can usually work something out that makes everybody happy. For example: Smoking (even a good cigar!) is permitted in designated areas outdoors; amplified music is allowed indoors, with volume restrictions, and has an 11 PM curfew; acoustic music is OK outdoors until 11 PM; an insurance certificate is required; please, no confetti, rose petals, glitter, rice or birdseed; candle use is subject to approval. |
