Our new Casually Elegant package includes all the same services as our signature packages, but fine-tuned with an eye towards affordability. We asked our vendors to create simple, elegant, and complete offerings with no important detail overlooked. You and your guests always enjoy exclusive use of our entire site, and our coordination services are included to assure that your wedding day is effortless yet outstanding. This package is available throughout the year on all weekdays including Fridays.
The Casually Elegant package includes the following:
- Four hours of exclusive facility use (from start of ceremony)
- 1 hour on-site ceremony rehearsal
- A choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony locations
- Catered buffet reception including cheese and fruit “snack table”
- All linens, flatware and china
- One bridal bouquet and one boutonniere, centerpieces for all guest tables
- DJ/MC services including a personal on-line organizer with access to thousands of songs
- Officiant (including a pre-ceremony meeting to help design your vows)
- Wedding cake, with choice of type and filling
- Three hours of photography, on-line viewing of images (password protected), and proof book
The package includes these site amenities:
- Tables (60" rounds) with linens, 10 guests per table
- A variety of banquet tables
- Chiavari chairs with upholstered seats for indoor use
- High quality white resin chairs with padded seats for outdoor ceremony
- Use of Bridal changing room with private bath
- Complimentary wireless microphone and amplification for ceremony (provided by DJ)
- Stemware for champagne, red and white wine
- Full Bar option (with separate beverage contract)
- On-site parking
